Teens Take the Lead is about connecting teens on the autism spectrum & their siblings together to build friendships, self-confidence, and independence in the community.  It’s designed for teens 13-17 years with social challenges who can function independently in small groups and is inclusive of their neurotypical siblings.

On Saturday, February 25th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. We will meet at Lost Levels Arcade, inside the Claremont Packing House. Teens will have the opportunity to play original classic arcade games and modern pinball machines while socializing with peers. Many of the arcade games are 2 playerspromoting teamwork.

$15 per teen participant must be paid online prior to the event.

All games are set on unlimitedfree-play during the duration of our event. Check out the list of games: https://www.lostlevelsarcade.com/locations/claremont#gamelist

Upon entering, the main floor is the retail area where you can buy retro and modern video games for home consoles. The Private Arcade Room is downstairs in an underground, dimmed basement.

The Private Arcade Room is noisy environment. Due to the sounds of the arcade games, please plan accordingly and bring headphones if needed. This is an opportunity for our teens to practice participating in a typical activity in a safe setting. Parents/Caregiver will NOT be permitted to hang out in the arcade room. You will have a separate hangout location on the main floor.

Disclaimer: This program is not a drop-off event or a therapeutic option. Caregivers 18 yrs. old and older will not partake in the event’s activities but must be present during the duration, no exceptions. Space is limited.
