United Cerebral Palsy Inland Empire (UCPIE)
UCPIE is an affiliate of over 60 national United Cerebral Palsy organizations providing services to people with developmental disabilities beyond cerebral palsy. UCPIE provides programs and services in the Inland Empire in both Riverside and San Bernardino counties. UCPIE’s mission is to advance the independence, productivity, and full citizenship of people with disabilities. Services provided are for individuals diagnosed with cerebral palsy, autism, down syndrome, epilepsy, intellectual delay and other disabilities.
- In-home Respite Care Program is a service offered to individuals with disabilities throughout the Inland Empire. UCPIE sends a qualified, pre-screened respite caregiver certified in CPR & First Aid, to homes with special needs individuals
- After-school and summer programs
- Adaptive Bike Program provides the gift of an adaptive bike to individuals with mobility disabilities such as cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and other disabilities.
- Group counseling services to families with children or adults with special needs.
