2019 Hero Walk Sponsorship and Vendor Opportunities
On Sunday, April 19th, the Autism Society Inland Empire will host the 8th Annual Hero Walk for Autism. We are truly fortunate for the support from our entire community and it allows us to continue our mission of improving the lives of all families affected by autism here in the Inland Empire.
Last year, more than 1,700 walkers and volunteers joined us to take part in this signature event. The 2019 participants helped raise more than $70,000 for the Inland Empire Autism Community. We are proud to invite the Inland Empire to join us again for our eighth year to support services for families living in the Inland Empire. ALL funds raised from this event stay in the Inland Empire to provide much needed support to local Inland Empire families!
Participants of the upcoming Hero Walk will feature music, entertainment, a Hero Village with booths filled with food and giveaways from various businesses, and the popular Kid’s Zone featuring fun interactive games for children of all ages. Thanks for funding from California LISTOS and the Inland Empire Community Foundation, we are expanding our PREP ZONE with information and resources on life saving tools!
We run on the simple idea that people may be “different, but not less.” We give families a place to connect, receive important information about navigating systems and evidenced-based practices, support, and a place where they feel welcomed and accepted.
