Ling Hwang is the Community Development Director with 24 Hour Home Care for the Inland Empire. Her role is to provide education to the community on the services 24 Hour Home Care provides under Cal AIM. 24 Hour Home Care is partnered with Medi-Cal plans such as IEHP and Molina to deliver no-cost caregiving services to managed Medi-Cal members of all ages. She will be presenting on eligibility and referral process of this program.
