IMPORTANT: All information requested on the application MUST be completed. If we have questions or concerns, we need to be able to contact the artist/parent by phone and email. Please submit the actual artwork electronically or by mail. Taking a photo of the artwork does not provide a very good image when printing the calendar. If you cannot submit artwork electronically, you can mail the artwork to our graphic artist for us to scan, ensuring we have a clear image. We will return all original artwork to the artist AS LONG AS THE APPLICATION IS INCLUDED WITH THE ARTWORK, with a proper address. Please remember to title the artwork.
