The Autism Society Inland Empire is seeking a creative, organized, and experienced communications professional to lead campaigns, create compelling content, manage projects, and share the impact of our work throughout the community.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop content for social media, newsletters, email campaigns, websites, impact reports, and promotional materials.
  • Plan and execute communications campaigns supporting fundraising, advocacy, programs, and events.
  • Capture and share stories that highlight the experiences and successes of individuals and families.
  • Supervise and support Communications Specialists.
  • Manage communications calendars, projects, and deadlines.
  • Monitor engagement and campaign performance.
  • Ensure communications are accurate, accessible, and aligned with organizational branding.
  • Collaborate with staff across programs, development, and operations to tell our story.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or nonprofit communications.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience supervising staff or leading projects.
  • Proficiency with social media, Canva, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for supporting individuals with Autism and their families.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
