Inclusive Motion is a fun and inclusive movement experience designed for children and teens of all abilities. This class encourages self-expression, confidence and creativity through dance while accommodating various mobility and learning levels. Dancers will explore rhythm, coordination and basic choreography in a supportive and welcoming environment. Ages: 5-17 years.

Adage Dance Company is hosting a weekly dance class on Saturdays. Two inclusive dance classes open to all with special needs; one for children ages 6-12 and another one for 13+ every Friday. Dance-Daptive program is currently a weekly 45 minute dance class, instructed by competitive dancer: Sophia Urbina, and aided by our clinicians. The program so far has included movements and styles that are common to competitive and recreational dance, with a mix of fun and exciting music, and a little bounce around flare.

– LITTLE BUDDIES: Designed for kids ages 3-6 years who are looking to develop motor skills, listening skills, and receive the developmental benefits that dance and music can provide.
– BALLET BUDDIES & JAZZ BUDDIES: Designed for the child who may require one on one attention. Each child is buddied up with an intermediate/advanced dancer from our studio so he or she feels comfortable and confident both in the classroom and on stage.

VSPA was established in 2005 with the goal of creating a place where students and their families can learn about the performing arts.
