IMPORTANT: All information requested on the application MUST be completed. If we have questions or concerns, we need to be able to contact the artist/parent by phone and email. Please submit the actual artwork electronically or by mail. Taking a photo of the artwork does not provide a very good image when printing the calendar. If you can not submit artwork electronically, you can mail the artwork to our graphic artist for us to scan so that we have a good image. We will return all original artwork to the artist AS LONG AS THE APPLICATION IS INCLUDED WITH THE ARTWORK with a proper address. Please remember to title the artwork.
