Altura Care provides Community Integration Supports for individuals with developmental disabilities, including Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual delay, and epilepsy. We assist in finding and signing up for fun activities based on your interests, such as art classes, music, or sports. We provide transportation to and from these activities and give you a 1:1 coach for support. Our program is designed to be enjoyable and tailored to your interests, ensuring you have a fulfilling experience. Altura Care’s personal assistance services are tailored to support individuals who need assistance with daily living activities, community integration, and supervision when their primary caregiver is away. At Altura Care, our services are designed for indivividuals qualified for their Regional Center’s Self-Determanation Program (SDP), helping you take charge of your own care!

California Autism Network – Amanda Backer

California Autism Network (CAN) provides training and assists in developing self-advocacy, communication, and executive function skills. CAN believes in helping individuals with ASD to develop meaningful lives and thrives as independent adults. CAN services include the Assessment of client skills, interests, and areas of need; development of the individual treatment plan identifying goals and objectives to increase the client’s independence at home, school, work, or within the community. CAN services are provided individually or in small group instruction, in-person or virtually, supporting clients to learn appropriate school and workplace behaviors, including time management, social skills, self-advocacy, goal setting, hygiene, and professional appearance. CAN accepts private payment plans and is a vendor for Inland Regional Center.

CARD provides trained staff to implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) to children, teens, and adults at home, school, community, and center-based settings. Now has a college program that can assist students attending local college classes. Not all colleges are supported. Call to find out if the local CARD office can help.
