Relationships and friendships can feel extra strong or emotional for autistic and neurodivergent people, especially when there’s a misunderstanding or worry about being rejected. Many people experience something called rejection sensitivity, where feelings become very big, very fast. This doesn’t mean anything is wrong — it simply means the nervous system is working hard to feel safe and connected.

In this gentle and supportive webinar, we’ll explain what rejection sensitivity is in a way that makes sense for everyone. We’ll talk about how the brain and body react in friendships and relationships, and how past experiences can make those reactions feel even stronger.
