Stay active with classes like Yoga, Zumba (all levels), Tai Chi, Line Dance, Yoga for Seniors & People with Disabilities, Meditation, Aerobic Box, Latin Dance, Strength and Conditioning, and Kid Aerobics. Also offers Wellness Classes like nutrition, managing asthma symptoms, controlling diabetes, stress management, breathing, and relaxation.  Classes may change each month so make sure you check the schedule.

Rim Special Athletes are individuals with visual and hearing impairments, amputations, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Down Syndrome, Autism, as well as many other cognitive and physical disabilities. During the winter, Rim Special Athletes provides Adaptive skiing and snowboard lessons, including bi-ski and mono-ski. During the Spring, Summer and Fall weekly golf clinics are available. Year-round yoga available. During the summer, Rim Special Athletes’ program includes kayaking, aqua biking, stand up paddle boarding, boating, biking, fishing, hiking and outings. Their objective is to have the adaptive athletes have fun, learn a new skill, and develop self-confidence from the experience.
