Are you passionate about helping others and making a meaningful impact in the Autism community? The Autism Society Inland Empire is seeking a Resource Specialist to connect individuals and families with the support, services, and information they need to thrive.

About the Role:

As a Resource Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our mission to empower and uplift the Autism community. You’ll provide personalized support to individuals with Autism, their families, and professionals—whether by phone, email, social media, or in person at outreach and community events.

You’ll help people navigate complex service systems, access critical resources, and feel heard and supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide guidance via phone, email, social media, and in person
  • Attend outreach events and Autism Society programs to connect with the community
  • Help families and individuals navigate service systems and access resources
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Resource Specialist and other team members to ensure quality support
  • Represent the Autism Society Inland Empire with compassion and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for serving the Autism community
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in social services, education, or related fields is a plus
  • Bilingual skills are a bonus!

Location:

This is a hybrid position (work from home) with occasional in-person event coverage. Must have reliable transportation and be available for some evenings and weekends.

Social Media & Branding Specialist

Are you a creative visual storyteller with a passion for digital engagement and inclusive branding? The Autism Society Inland Empire is looking for a Social Media & Branding Specialist to help elevate our voice and connect with our community.

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll develop compelling content, manage social media platforms, and support marketing strategies for major events and campaigns. You’ll play a key part in increasing awareness, engagement, and fundraising outcomes—while ensuring our brand remains consistent, accessible, and impactful.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms
  • Develop branded graphics and videos for outreach and fundraising
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
  • Track analytics and optimize performance
  • Attend events to capture photo/video content

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with Canva and basic photo/video editing
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
