Licensed clinical psychologist, with specialization in neuropsychology and forensic psychology. Dr. Ermshar received her doctorate in clinical psychology at Loma Linda University. She completed a predoctoral internship in clinical psychology at Hutchings Psychiatric Hospital, a state hospital in Syracuse, New York. She received specialized training in the treatment of bipolar disorder, substance abuse disorders, child/adolescent development, schizophrenia, and dual diagnosis. Dr. Ermshar specializes in forensic psychology, neuropsychology, and clinical/diagnostic psychological assessment and evaluation. Dr. Ermshar has served as an expert witness in numerous court cases within Federal Court, California Superior Courts, and California Juvenile Courts. Her consultation and expert testimony expertise includes addressing legal questions pertinent to mental disability, violence and sex offender risk assessment, pervasive developmental disorders including autism spectrum disorders, learning disability, head injury, neuropsychological functioning, cognitive ability, psychological/emotional damages, sex offenses, and various criminal and civil forensic evaluations. Dr. Ermshar is an expert in alternative sentencing. Does not accept insurance, but services may be reimbursed by insurance.

Joshua D. Feder, M.D., is an experienced and compassionate psychiatrist serving children, adults, and families in and around Solana Beach, California.
