Adaptive Gymnastics classes. For children 4-13 years old who have a diagnosed disability. Classes focus on proprioceptive, vestibular, and deep pressure inputs to engage all participants in the structured setting. Our adaptive coaches will work with the individual needs of the small group in the program. This class takes place at Bermuda Dunes Community Center in a different location from the District Gymnastics program.

Special Needs classes are designed around individual abilities. During class, kids learn to wait for their turn, improve their social skills, and explore stations that include BARS, TRAMPOLINE, and BALANCE BEAM. Students will also start to learn basic gymnastics skills such as ROLLS, BALANCE, and HANDSTANDS.
