Nicole Morris

Resource Specialist

Nicole is a parent of an adult with Fragile X Syndrome and Autism. She has been active in the disability service community for 17 years. From Job Coach to Program Manager and Program Development, she has worked with participants and behind the scenes to ensure program services are of high quality. She has spent the last five years doing legislative advocacy in both Sacramento and Washington, D.C., advocating legislative change to the service systems. Nicole has an extensive education, including two master’s degrees (Vocational Rehabilitation and Applied Behavior) and many certificates in various topics related to her field, including Person Centered Thinking Trainer and Customized Employment Specialist. Nicole’s background as a service provider and as a parent gives her a unique perspective on how best to maximize supports and work toward inclusive services.
