Her role is to provide education to the community on the services 24 Hour Home Care provides under Cal AIM. 24 Hour Home Care is partnered with Medi-Cal plans such as IEHP and Molina to deliver no-cost caregiving services to managed Medi-Cal members of all ages. She will be presenting on eligibility and referral process of this program.
